STEPPING INTO THE KEYS
I will be offering a 15 minute, twice a week seminar which will include some guided meditation, and discussion. Your time is precious and this workshop is to get you started working with the Keys for only fifteen minutes twice a week so you can see how easy and effortless it can be.
TIME: Starting Monday Sept. 13th with an Introduction and overview for the seminar. Then continuing on Mondays at 9am (mst) and Thursdays 3pm (mst), ending on Thur. Oct 21st.
