I find joy and inspiration in coaching everyone through a program designed just for you. As your partner, I will guide you to become more conscious in the life you want to create.
Coaching Cost:
“Dr. Stephen Covey has repeatedly said it take 90 days to make new habit stick!” I recommend a 3-month program. The cost is $500 for the initial program which includes (1) weekly 30 minute phone call, email support, and (1) in-person session per month. If you are an out of town client, this program can be modified. I can work with you to design your own program or maybe just one session will be enough to have you off and inspired!
In- person (1) hour session - $120
Phone session (45 minutes) - $50
If you’re willing to hire a “Personal Trainer” to keep your body in shape, hiring Aimee as a “Life Coach” is here to keep your Spiritual, Emotional and Mental bodies in shape!
Healing Sessions:
I am able to work more deeply with your Emotional, Mental and Spiritual Bodies. By removing the blocks at this level, I commonly find clients get a physical relief as well. I have studied and practiced Energetic Healing work for over 20 years. My background in healing touch of Massage, Reiki Master and Certified in Chinese Energetics, has opened the doors of joy, healing and contentment with clients at the deepest of levels.
3 consecutive sessions, 1 session per week, work best for most. After that, most clients check in with a session monthly or longer… But life is flexible, and spontaneous and I can work out whatever is best for you!

Cost Per Healing Session:
1 Hour - $120
1 ½ Hour - $140 (first appt. scheduled is 1 ½ hour at $120)
(3) Consecutive 1 hour appt. scheduled - $100 each session
I am happy to work on a sliding scale
Our time is precious! There is an absolute 24 hour cancellation policy. Half the cost of the session will be due.
